Rim Source, founded in 1994, grew from a one-bay Baltimore garage into a leading custom wheel and tire shop known for speed, inventory, and expert service. The objective was a comprehensive brand refresh to strengthen recognition and market leadership. I led the evolution of the logo system and developed robust brand guidelines to unify all touchpoints. The challenge was modernizing the identity while preserving legacy equity.
