The number of free revisions you'll receive can vary depending on the pre-built or custom package we agree upon, typically ranging from 1 to 3 revisions. After that, additional revisions may incur a fee of 20% to 25% that may be added to your invoice or billed separately.
A 50% deposit is required for every custom package, and this initial payment is non-refundable as it covers the project's initial costs. The remaining 50% can be paid upon project completion or split into multiple payments. If the second half has been paid in advance, a refund can be requested for that portion only. For pre-built packages, the full payment is due at the start, with a similar 50% non-refundable rule to cover project start-up costs. However, if no work has been initiated by me (the designer), a full refund can be provided.
